You do not need to run 5 miles today because you ate pizza last night.

"good" or "bad" based on minutes at a gym.

always try something new with one small step.
Pivots are not only for other people. You deserve freedom and joy.
Being perfect is exhausting and leaves little time for you to have a life. It is brave to try again.
